Alright guys, now I can't run this by myself so I'm holding tryouts for staff positions. Anyone can try and I welcome all auditions. I want to fill all of the spots I have so I'll get started.

Why should you get it?? Because not only have I admined many other sites, but I am also very loyal to the sites that I do join. There for, I will be active and take a part into getting to know the different members of the site. I am also the moderator on another board I believe that job is quite enjoyable.
Oh no... someone has broken a rule!!! What are you going to do??: Calmly PM them and explain to them what they have done wrong. Then I would follow the right approach of what to do next, but I would also talk to the admins about it first. =D

I'm rather active, enjoy helping out, and would love to give you a hand with the site. I've also been admin several times on several sites. I have run a site, but I will warn you I am hopeless when it comes to HTML.

Hmmm... First off it depends on the rule. But, I'd talk it out with the other admin or moderator first to get their feel with it, and then politely PM or Email the rule breaker to talk about what they did wrong.
Depending on the rule I'd warn them or give them the punishment that I and others feel is proper.

Well..i'll see what the rule is and talk to the head admin or other admins about. Calmly =] talk the person about it and then huggle them to death hoping they see what they did wrong. o.0 yes...i'm a very wow person xD yuppers.
