This is the high seat of the East where all the decisions are made. The town nestled around it is quite the peaceful place where the people get along with one another without complaint. Being nestled in a forest, it is often difficult for intruders to find the city which adds to its protection.
These hills are the training grounds of the East and they provide ample amounts of loose stone and solid ground fit for earthquakes. Those who wish to go on quests for a higher Spring powers also venture here to recieve instructions.
Almost the whole of the East is a massive forest but there is one that stands out from the others. At the forest's heart is the city of Rachida which is a mystery in itself. The city lives simply but it is somehow beautiful in its simplicity. People hunt through the trees and enjoy themselves in the shade during the summer.
